The owners, on the truck
Two brothers from Seguin. Justin is a licensed HVAC tech and electrician who got tired of the franchise playbook, tiered upsell menus instead of honest diagnosis, so in 2022 he and Levi started with one truck and a simple rule: tell people the truth and put the price in writing first.
That's still how it runs. The brothers answer the phone, show up on the truck, and tell you to repair when repair is right, even when the bigger invoice would have been easier. Locally owned, never franchised.
