Service Company Started
Justin Moorhead spent years working as a licensed HVAC tech for a large franchise operator in the San Antonio metro. The training wasn't about diagnosing systems. It was about tiered pricing menus and getting the customer to point at the middle option. Phantom line items on invoices. Sales scripts for the doorstep.
He knew what was actually wrong with a system, and he knew what it cost to fix it. The gap between those two numbers was the job. So in 2022, he and his brother Levi started Two Brothers A/C with one truck, a borrowed space, and the same Seguin phone number they still answer today.
The company has since grown into Moorhead Service Company - expanded into electrical and IAQ, with more trucks and more techs, but still the same founding principle: tell people what's actually wrong before asking for approval to fix it.
