Justin Moorhead
Justin qualified in the trade in his early twenties and spent years as a licensed HVAC tech for a big San Antonio franchise. He left because the training was about tiered upsell menus, not honest diagnosis, and started Moorhead in 2022 to do it the other way: a flat-rate price in writing, repair when repair is right, and the owner still on the other end of the phone.
Levi Moorhead
Justin's brother and co-owner. Levi runs the business alongside Justin and still answers the phone and works in the field. Same last name on the truck, same standard on every job: tell people what is actually wrong before asking to fix it.
