“Our AC in Bentwood Ranch died in July, same week as two of our neighbors. Moorhead got to us same day, had the part on the truck, and the price was exactly what they quoted. No upsell to a whole new system.”
Cibolo went from a quiet stop on the 1103 to one of the fastest-growing towns in Texas, and a lot of those subdivisions are hitting the age where the original AC gives up all at once. We are right next door — give us a call.
Thanks for reaching out. We've got your request and we'll be in touch shortly, usually the same day. Need us right now? Call (830) 587-5790 — we're open 24/7.
Cibolo is a short hop from our Seguin shop, so we run calls here all the time. One license for HVAC and electrical means the AC repair that turns into a panel question gets handled the same day, by the same truck.
AC running but the house won't cool? Usually a capacitor or a refrigerant leak. We carry the common failures on the truck. Service call starts at $79.
See AC RepairReplacing a system 10+ years old? We run a real load calculation, quote in writing, and size the unit to your Cibolo home — not the warehouse.
See AC InstallationFurnace won't light on the first cold front? We carry ignitors and flame sensors and check the heat exchanger for CO on every visit.
See Heating200-amp upgrades and Federal Pacific / Zinsco removal — the panels insurers won't cover. Prices published, permits pulled, A/C load sized in.
See Panel UpgradesPanel upgrades, EV chargers, surge protection, generators. One licensed company for the work most Cibolo HVAC outfits have to sub out.
See ElectricalAuthorized Generac dealer. We size the standby unit to actually carry your A/C — the part most installers get wrong. Prices published.
See GeneratorsThe garage that's an oven, the addition the system never reaches, the older Cibolo home with no ducts. Zoned comfort, one-day install.
See Mini SplitsDuct cleaning, UV lights, whole-house purifiers, dehumidifiers. Cibolo humidity is real — your indoor air doesn't have to suffer for it.

Justin and Levi Moorhead have run this company out of Seguin since 2009, and we have watched Cibolo grow from a small town into a subdivision boom. Bentwood Ranch, Falcon Ridge, Turning Stone — we know these neighborhoods, we know the builder systems that went in them, and we are close enough that same-day is usually on the table.
Parts on the truck
Bentwood Ranch went up between about 2004 and 2013. That means an entire neighborhood of AC systems is hitting the ten-to-fifteen-year wall at the same time — and capacitors and compressors do not check the calendar before they quit.
We carry the common failures on the truck so the repair finishes the same visit, and when a system is genuinely done, we size the replacement to your house and quote it in writing first.
Call (830) 587-5790Cibolo is mostly newer construction — most of the town was built after 2000 — so the calls cluster around aging builder equipment, growing electrical loads, and the occasional older home in Old Town.
The big Cibolo subdivisions — Bentwood Ranch, Falcon Ridge, Turning Stone, Buffalo Crossing — were built with builder-grade HVAC sized to minimum code. Ten to fifteen years later those systems are failing in clusters: tired capacitors, leaking evaporator coils, compressors that have run every summer flat-out. We diagnose flat-rate and fix it right rather than nursing it along another season.
The homes are newer, but the demands keep climbing — EV chargers, hot tubs, pool equipment, a shop out back. We add circuits, upgrade panels, and put in whole-home surge protection, which matters more than people think on the ERCOT grid out here, where voltage transients are common.
Away from the subdivisions, Old Town Cibolo has older homes with older wiring and, sometimes, no real ductwork. Those are good candidates for a ductless mini-split — zoned comfort without tearing the house apart — and for a panel that was never meant to run central air.
Newer homes are built tight, which is great for the energy bill and rough on indoor air — humidity, dust, and stale air get trapped. Duct cleaning, a whole-house dehumidifier, or a fresh-air solution makes a Cibolo new-build a lot more comfortable than the builder package did.

From the established subdivisions to Old Town and the new construction still going up along FM 1103, Cibolo is right in our backyard. A few of the areas we cover:
Each one has its own Cibolo page with local detail — pick what you need.

“Had them add a circuit for the pool and a Level 2 charger. They checked the whole panel first instead of just slapping in a breaker. Clean work, fair flat price, pulled the permit.”
“New build that always felt muggy. They put in a dehumidifier and cleaned the ducts and it is a different house now. Honest folks who did not try to sell me everything at once.”
