The Lineup

The Six Series

Optimal Series

G3 Variable Speed
Best

Maximum comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.

A variable-speed inverter compressor with a variable-speed indoor blower. The quietest, most efficient, most even comfort we install. It is multi-voltage, so it can replace a gas furnace with a heat pump without adding a new circuit.

R-454B refrigerant · 12-year parts · 12-year labor

Preferred Series

G2 Variable Speed
Better

Our most balanced recommendation for most homes.

A variable-speed heat pump with a variable-speed air handler. Most of the comfort and efficiency of the Optimal at a friendlier price. Also multi-voltage.

R-454B refrigerant · 12-year parts · 12-year labor

Hybrid Series

Dual Fuel
Good

The best of both, for year-round efficiency.

A heat pump paired with a gas furnace. It heats with the efficient heat pump most of the year and switches to gas automatically when it gets cold enough that gas is the smarter call.

R-454B refrigerant · 12-year parts · 12-year labor

Comfort Series

Single-Stage Heat Pump
Good

Reliable year-round comfort, efficiently.

A single-stage heat pump with a matched air handler and electric heat strips for backup on the coldest mornings. Simple, dependable, all-electric.

R-454B refrigerant · 12-year parts · 12-year labor

Legacy Series

Single-Stage Gas Furnace
Entry

Proven gas heat, dependable and lasting.

A gas furnace matched to a new AC condenser and coil. The straightforward, proven setup for a home that wants to keep heating with gas.

R-454B refrigerant · 12-year parts · 12-year labor

Classic Series

Single-Stage Straight Cool
Entry

Simple, dependable cooling.

A single-stage condenser and matched coil that pairs with your existing furnace or air handler. The clean answer when the heat side is fine and only the AC needs replacing.

Prices are all-in installed (equipment, labor, permit, haul-away). An "n/a" means that size is not offered in that series. High-efficiency systems also cut cooling costs roughly 30 to 40 percent.

Why the G3 and G2 sit on top

Both the Optimal and Preferred are multi-voltage, running on either 240V or 115V. That means a G3 or G2 heat pump can replace a gas furnace without adding a new circuit, which is why they top the gas ladder as the all-electric upgrade, not just the heat-pump one. When we quote one, we tell you exactly what it means for your panel. No surprises.

Questions About the Lineup

Every series in the lineup runs R-454B, the current-generation refrigerant that is replacing R-410A under federal rules. Buying a system built for the current refrigerant keeps parts and service easy to get for the whole life of the unit.
Every series comes with 12 years of parts and 12 years of labor. Most manufacturers cover parts; the labor coverage is the part that usually costs you out of pocket down the road, and here it is included.
Yes. Each price is the flat-rate installed number: equipment, labor, permit, and haul-away of the old system. You approve it in writing before we start, and if the job turns out harder, that is our problem, not yours.
A free in-home Manual J load calculation sets it, not a guess from the driveway. Ceiling height, insulation, windows, and ductwork all move the real number, so the tonnage on the chart is a starting point we confirm on site.
Both are variable-speed and both are excellent. The Optimal (G3) is the top of the line for the quietest, most efficient, most even comfort. The Preferred (G2) delivers most of that at a lower price, which is why it is our most common recommendation.
Often yes. The G3 and G2 are multi-voltage, running on either 240V or 115V, so they can drop in where a gas furnace was without adding a new circuit. That is why they sit at the top of the gas ladder as the all-electric upgrade.
